Our Shipping fees are based directly on Seur or ups rates calculated by the weight of the item(s) purchased and the shipping destination zip code.

When will my order be shipped?

If an order was made Monday through Thursday, it will be shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is processed and payment is received. If an order was placed on Friday, the order will be shipped on Monday. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation.

 

What’s the status of my order?

To check in an order has shipped, you will have to click the link in the e-mail sent to you with the tracking information. Tracking information will be sent 48 - 72 hours after your purchase.

 

Why can’t I select a color or size combination?

When you can not select the possible color it is because it is out of stock. You can email hello@inmaandkate.com and we will let you know when the product will be available again.
